Hailey was born in a small town in Texas, but calls Reno home. She has always felt drawn to anything beauty since she was young. She specializes in blonding services, extensions and taking on big projects. Her favorite part about being in this industry is making her clients feel beautiful and building their confidence. The most rewarding part of her day is when her clients leave with a smile on their face. When not in the salon, she is spending time with her girl friends, watching love is blind or any dating reality tv show. Her biggest joy is being a dog mom to her sweetest boy Duke!

Jamy has dedicated the past 15 years to educating herself on the best techniques and perfecting the latest trends in hair styling. She has trained with top celebrity stylists and has a strong passion for artistry. Her goal is to provide a customized experience for each guest based on their individual needs, enhancing their beauty both inside and out.
In addition to their commitment to excellence in beauty services, Desert Beauty also promotes community growth by working closely with local charities to give back to women in need.
Outside of running the salon, Jamy enjoys spending quality time with her family. Her husband Andrew and their children Hank and Pennie are her top priority. When she's not working, you can often find Jamy traveling to new destinations, seeking out new experiences, and creating lasting memories with her loved ones.
